We have 2 QC teams to inspection such as moisture control, glue inspection both before production and after production, material grade selection, pressing checking, and thickness checking.
1.Board must have flat surface and do not have de-lamination, cracked or waved.
2.Thickness must follow customer requirement.
3.Moisture content must below 15% to prevent fungus.
